Hyades Eco Worsted

If you like Pleiades Eco, you'll love Hyades, Pleiades' bigger sibling!

Get the cozy, stretchiness that's so fun and soft, now for thicker projects like hats, sweaters, and other garments. It knits up satisfyingly fast, and holds it's shape well. The elastic content and texture helps even out your stitches, so your work always looks smooth and even. Hyades blooms with washing, so you'll see it plump up nicely.

Machine wash cold/cold for best results. Wash separately the first time, do not soak or wet block unless previously washed and rinsed thoroughly. Using a washing machine on cold for the first wash is the best way to keep the colours looking bright and fresh, and to prevent backstaining, especially with high contrast colours.

Note:

This first batch of Hyades has a little more twist in the plying stage than I would like. To get the fluffiest, squishiest results, let out some of the twist by occasionally wrapping an elastic band around your ball of Hyades to secure it from unwinding more, and let the ball hang to let out the extra twist. This step isn't entirely necessary, but you'll find it has a fuller, softer texture using this technique.
