2020 Advent Calendar Spoiler!

2020 Advent Calendar Spoiler!

Knit your way through advent with Ambah O'Brien's ADVENT Knit-along!

You will receive a beautiful, professionally designed advent calendar with 24 mini skeins, each weighing approximately 20g, with enough yardage to complete Ambah O'Brien's ADVENTurer wrap. Each mini skein's yardage will be measured for accuracy. Each skein has about 60m, so the total is 1440m.

Check out the Vegan Yarn Ravelry discussion thread for the Advent Calendar here.

This year’s calendar features a smoothly luscious fade of 24 mini skeins to knit, crochet or weave. I’ve partnered with Ambah O'Brien and she’s put out some incredible patterns this year for the advent calendar. (Trust me, I got to have a sneak peek!)
There are three yarn base options: Bellatrix; (new!) 100% bamboo, incredibly soft and lusciously drapey, Albireo; half & half organic cotton & bamboo, the perfect blend of luxe-soft body and drape, Pleiades; bamboo/cotton/elastic squooshiness.
You get to open a cell each day starting Dec 1st (that is, if you’re patient), and each cell will have a mini skein that will blend beautifully with the next to create a smooth and satisfying fade.
Some folks like to have the colours be a surprise, while others like have a peek first,
so here it is, are you ready?

I had a lot of fun coming up with this one, and it's amazing to finally see it come together after so many months of work and preparation. It features colourways: Lucky, 5 Day Festival Funk, Cold Star Lake, Grapesicle, Mary Above the Clouds, and variations on Wolf Girl and Totoro. I wanted to smooth things out more this time around and get some gradual transitions, and it's neat to see some colours 'pop' in the range over others. I hope you like it!

I can’t believe how pretty those are. Just ordered summery colors and have to knit ’em up so I can get some of the “Fades.” My face has a huge smile, and just looking at the photo gave me a sweeter outlook for today. Thank you, as always. I gotta knit more!
Love, Coco
